Working on
This portfolio
Building and refining this site: design, content, and the fine details.
Watchdog
My SaaS learning ground. Building a system monitoring and alerting product from scratch: the infra, the product, billing, subscriptions, everything. Figuring it all out by actually doing it.
Meta platform integrations at work
WhatsApp messaging and templates are live. Expanding our conversational AIbots across the full Meta ecosystem: WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram.
Dedicated NLU pipeline for a client
Building an end-to-end conversational NLU system spanning VoIP, SIP, and LLMlayers. Lots of moving parts, lots of interesting problems.
Learning
AI-augmented engineering
Not just using AI tools but learning to use them properly and at full efficiency. Making it a real force multiplier, not just autocomplete.
System design at scale
Building Watchdog is pushing me to think seriously about this. Monitoring systems that actually hold up need more than just working code.
Product marketing
Learning how to take something you built and actually get it out there. Marketing, positioning, sales. The side of the product most engineers never touch.
Watching & Playing
House of the Dragon, Season 3
Episode 3. Rhaenyra finally has the Iron Throne, and it turns out winning a war is the easy part. Ruling is something else entirely. Heavy hangs the crown.
The Devil's Advocate (1997)
Just watched this. Keanu Reeves, Al Pacino, and a slow burn that earns every second of its runtime. A classic for a reason.
Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War
Still going. Episode 6 and finding pockets of time wherever I can. The animation is on another level. Worth every stolen minute.
Dark Souls
Avoided souls games my entire life. Finally started Dark Souls 1 two months ago. First run took 46 hours, the second 14, the third just 12. Conquered. Dark Souls 2 is next. Scared, but I'll get there.
Thinking about
Where AI is taking this industry and how to stay ahead of it rather than get swept by it. Not just picking up tools, but genuinely upskilling in a way that compounds over time. And beyond tech: what it actually takes to build something people want, market it, and sell it. Unlocking a whole new dimension.
